Kingsmead Communications Limited
In 2004/05 Kingsmead Communications was paid £8,000 by Nirex "To provide professsional consultancy and support in the area of corporate commuincations". The following year it received £17,000. [1] (http://www.nuclearspin.org/index.php/Kingsmead_Communications_Limited#endnote_Wild)
Kingsmead Communications is run by Colin Duncan. Could this be the same Colin Duncan who was the Corporate and Public Affairs Director for BNFL? [2] (http://www.bnfl.com/index.aspx?page=423) [3] (http://www.world-nuclear.org/sym/2000/pdfs/bonser.pdf)
Duncan left BNFL in 2000 after eight years in the job and moved to Rolls-Royce. In 2004 he then moved to the financial PR company Granfield on a part-time basis.
